FACILITY MODIFICATIONS

One lane open between bowling groups unless family
-
Remove every other table and seating in lane viewing area

Every other stool removed in bar to encourage social distancing

Plastic / disposable cups (glass available upon request)

Sanitary wipes available for pool table, darts, etc.

PPE located throughout facility, including hand sanitizer and wipes (masks optional – customers encouraged to bring their own)
SOCIAL DISTANCING

Maintain proper Social Distancing best practices throughout your facility.

Floor stickers indicating 6 ft of spacing located at the front desk counters

Utilize every other lane, or pair of lanes with a vacant lane in between to promote distancing

Limit group sizes per lane to 10 or less, unless from the same family

Online or call-in bookings/reservations during initial opening phase

Complete setup of lane(s) prior to customer arriving at the center to avoid contact with staff at front desk

Signage throughout center to show instructions for social distancing, hand washing, covering coughs, etc

Hand sanitizer located throughout the facility

At check-in, one person from the party completes information card to minimize in-person interactions

Guests leave house bowling bowls and shoes on the ball return for staff sanitation after each use
CLEANING PROTOCOLS
1. Public Areas of the Center

Continual cleaning throughout center following checklist, which includes bowler seating areas, bowling balls and shoes, ball racks and hoods, lockers, ATM machines, kiosks, counters, doors, handles, etc.

Staff will clean equipment after each use and at specific scheduled times throughout the day

Sanitized equipment will be identified with signage for customer’s protection

Sanitize bar surfaces every 2 hours

Entire facility deep cleaned daily, following CDC guidelines
2.Bowler Consoles

Thorough cleaning before/after each use; signage will denote equipment that has been cleaned

Setup customer lane from front desk at check-in to minimize amount of handling
3.Bowling Balls
-
Staff will sanitize house balls after each use
-
Sanitized equipment will be identified with signage for customer’s protection
-
A variety of house balls will be available on lanes to maintain cleanliness and offer customers a range of choices

When finished, all house balls will remain on lanes for sanitation
4.Rental Shoes
-
Shoes may be rented and are sanitized between each use
5.Restrooms

Cleaning schedule will be posted for your viewing

Restroom doors open to avoid touching of doors
6.Consumer Sanitation Stations

Wipe dispensers and/or hand sanitation dispensers available throughout the center

Routine cleaning protocols in place throughout the day
EMPLOYEE POLICIES

Employees are required to regularly wash their hands throughout the work day as an added precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19

Employees are required to self-monitor and self-report symptoms related to COVID-19 to management

Employees required to stay home when sick

Masks are available for employees to wear;

Employees are advised to practice social distancing, hand washing, etc. outside of work

Common surfaces, such as cash registers, bottles, etc. should be regularly wiped down
